What delivery costs

Delivery is free across New Zealand on orders of $75 or more, measured on the subtotal after any discount shown in your basket. No tax is added, so the figure you see is the figure that counts.

Below that threshold the delivery option offered at the checkout is Express Delivery at $25. There is no cheaper standard rate below the threshold: this is the one method offered.

Express delivery

Express Delivery is also offered on any order as a paid upgrade at $25, even where free delivery is available. You choose at the checkout.

How long it takes

Orders are packed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery is then 5 to 7 days. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel ships. If we cannot ship within that time we will tell you and offer you a cancellation and a refund. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 you are entitled to delivery within a reasonable time.

Outside New Zealand

We do ship internationally. The checkout quotes the cost before you pay, and delivery is typically 7 to 10 days. Any duties or import taxes are the customer's.

If something goes wrong

Email theteam@carlift.co.nz with your order number. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged we replace it or refund it.
