Who you are contracting with

carlift.co.nz is operated by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, 37D Crummer Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland 1021, New Zealand. When you place an order you are contracting with that company. You can reach us at theteam@carlift.co.nz.

Orders and prices

Prices are in New Zealand dollars. No tax is added at the checkout, so the price on the page is the price charged. Delivery is free across New Zealand on orders of $75 or more; below that the delivery option offered is Express Delivery at $25, which is also available on any order as a paid upgrade. International delivery is quoted at the checkout.

An order is accepted when we email you a confirmation. If a product is mispriced or unavailable we will tell you and refund you in full rather than supply something different.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms takes away or limits a right you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where goods are supplied to you as a consumer those guarantees cannot be contracted out of, and any term here that tried to do so would have no effect. What we do about a faulty item and what our own change-of-mind policy costs are both set out on our refunds and returns page.
